After years of being immersed within the healthcare system, she was frustrated, saddened, and dissatisfied by the lack of sexual health education provided to healthcare professionals \u2013 it was simply not good enough. Speech-Language Pathology student at Dalhousie University. His experience as a marginalized person within the healthcare system has fuelled his passion for comprehensive sex education, and inclusive healthcare. She has published 3 chapbooks of poetry between 2019-2021, and produced a collaborative video project Joy Is Our Birthright with UNILEARNAL. Lydia is currently the Learning &amp; Development Specialist at the African and Caribbean Council on HIV\/AIDS in Ontario.
